  I've tried to eat here numerous time over the last few months ths and its always absolutely terrible. Regardless of what time you visit the staff is always incredibly slow to both take orders and make them. I recently sat at the drive through for 10 minutes without my order being taken with no one else in line or in the store. The sandwiches are made barely to what you would expect from a restaurant that supposedly specializes in sandwiches and somehow the beverages are flat every single time. Don't get me wrong, Schlotzskys as a chain is usually great but this specific location is terrible amd i would recommend eating literally anywhere else.

  I've been here several times, and I feel like with every visit the food gets progressively worse. I recently ordered a Caesar Salad and had to quickly rush back to work only to find out they had forgotten to give me my dressing or fork. After returning for the dressing which seemed to have an unusual smell that I was originally willing to chalk up to the anchovies. I realized everything was totally spoiled. The lettuce was turning brown and the hearts were turning pink. The dressing was also incredibly bitter as if everything had been improperly stored. When I went to return it they gave me a refund no questions asked. Which was great, but why were they not interested in why I was returning it? Is this a recurring problem? They're in a unique position to be a quick and healthy alternative in Copperas Cove, but with rotten food they're behaving like a poor man's Panera Bread. I've given this location multiple chances for a turn-around, but with this most recent inedible meal I will not be returning.

  It's pretty hit and miss here. Sometimes, they do an awesome job. Other days, they completely get your order wrong.
