My wife tried to get a chocolate milkshake from this particular store, and the chocolate wasn't mixed properly at all. I'm talking about at least a full inch of chocolate at the very bottom of the cup. She tried to get her money back when she talked to the manager, but all he would say is, "I don't know if I can do that." He's the manager; he should already know if he can or not!!
But that's not all; their burgers are nade very sloppy and are not cooked like they are supposed to, not even warm at times. The place is trashy, especially the rest rooms; I've never, ever seen them clean.
