  This was 11pm on 11/25/16 Waited in line forever. Then when I did over half the order was missing. Let them know about it, brought the "correct" order out and still missing food. Got a munchie meal and they didn't have the fries included. Got 2 extra tacos, they weren't in there. Got a #2 and they didn't have the burger. When they came back with the burger, fries and tacos, they didn't have the fries. Then when I got home all the tacos were broken and 4 of the 6 didn't have any meat in them. Only lettuce cheese and sauce. The buttery jack didn't have the pickles I asked for. Half the food was cold and old tasting from waiting for the rest of the food. It was not a good experience at all. When that girl at the window is working, it's ALWAYS wrong and have to get the order corrected. I had to tell her what came on the burger because she was trying to put bacon on there, and my girl hates bacon and had to tell her there isn't even bacon on that meal

  Manager was yelling at the employees, lots of tension in the kitchen, lobby is filthy. Doesn't seem like they are short staffed, but dis-organized! Won't be back!!!

  Wont be back. We were ignored for at least 7 minutes. Then we asked about their student discount that was posted below the menu and they claimed to never have one for anyone. Then took the sign down. Food took a while to come out. When it did get here fries tasted burnt and everything was sloppy. Horrible customer service.

  Good is always great, I've never waited to long. -1 star for the shake machine going down at random, or employees lying because they already cleaned it!
